Great Gift
I purchased six for myself and for gifts. I gave all but one as gifts last Christmas and the recipients all told me that they loved it. I tried the one I saved for myself recently and loved it, too.

Grainy, tart flavor
I've had many goose liver's with truffle, and this was by far the worst. The texture was grainy, flavor was tart, smelled as if it was spoiled, and went uneaten. My guess is that this product was a fake...it was shipped from Budapest, Hungary.
