I've been using this coffee maker for about 5 months now, and I have to say it's been a game changer for me. Despite a minor issue with leaking, a quick adjustment fixed the problem. The coffee concentrate it produces is incredibly strong and yields a full pitcher of coffee with each brew. If you're a fan of iced coffee, this is a must-have for your kitchen. It has saved me a significant amount of money by allowing me to make delicious iced coffee at home throughout the summer.

It makes amazing cold brew. Unfortunately, it does leak. I have used the Bod 3 times and it leaked in the 2nd and 3rd try. (Takes me a week to drink one batch which is also wonderful). I have to lay it on paper and have to have paper towels ready to contain the spilling.UPDATE: made another batch and I woke up and found another puddle of coffee around the Bod.Update: you have to tighten it pretty hard to stop the leaking which makes it hard to unscrew it after. Customer service was really helpful and quick with their replies. Im keeping it.

Really easy instructions. Looks cool and easy to clean. Good construction. Everything fits together perfectly. The coffee is amazing. I keep it going 24/7 because i dont want to run out and i like an 18 hr minimum brew time.I highly recommend it.

I backed this cold brew system via a crowd funding back in 2015. I ended up having to toss the original model because I managed to make it impossible to unscrew the parts (I obviously forgot the lefty loosie righty tighty...).The Bod cold brewer has an amazing stainless steel mesh filter that steeps all the flavor and with virtually no residue. Once I make the coffee concentrate and tuck that away I pour more water in to the basin and let that sit in the fridge for a regular cup of ice coffee (no added water needed).I enjoy an iced coffee all year round and this makes an ample to keep you fueled all week!

The very first time I tried to use this, it immediately started leaking. Given that so many of the parts screw together, I made sure everything was correctly attached and screwed in tight. But no sooner had I filled it with water and coffee grounds, brown liquid began to trickle from the bottom. While this is an attractive design for a cold brew coffee maker, it's useless if it fails at the most basic task of holding liquid. Complete waste of money, half a pound of coffee, and 5 minutes cleaning up the mess.

Very easy to use - and the coffee it produces is very good. Only problem is it leaks so bad I have to put it in a pot to contain the leaks.Problem is the large O-ring at the base (the larger bottom side of the unit.) Unless I put the base on a no-slip mat and twist closed with both hands, the unit leaks around the base. Went through a lot of towels finding the "sweet spot" of how much I had to tighten it down. Leaking varried from flooded my counter to a drop seaping out every 5 sec or so. Still don't trust it enough to set it on my counter without putting it in a pot first.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas after having read some of the reviews of it leaking. Knowing I could return it if that were the case. He has been using this every single week and has not had a since issue with leaking! The threading is very finicky, so I could see how you could not screw if on well and it could leak - as long as you’re careful, it works great and as planned!
