Love it! Absolutely delicious. Arrived safe and sound and fully frozen.Would like the option of mixing flavors rather than an entire case of just one flavor.

So far I have bought three different flavors and I love them. I want my neighborhood stores to sell them.

Keto diet

The second ingredient is water, so I shouldn't have been surprised it wasn't creamy, but more icey. I've never seen an ice cream brand with water as an ingredient, much less the second one. I think they do this to cut costs, but it makes for an awful texture. Maybe I've just been doing keto for so long that I don't need a lot of sweetness in my keto desserts, but Rebel ice cream unnecessarily sweet.

Most specialty ice creams are priced at around $7. Made with heavy cream and erithritiol. If you haven't tried it before, I suggest starting with only half a carton because it gave me gas. I have tried about 6 different favors and all are good, but my local store only carries 3 or 4 flavors. I love it! Let it thaw a little to enjoy the creamy texture. I don't experience it as icy or watery at all its full fat! Not sure heat the above reviewer was referring to. Delicious! I wish I could buy it online but it says here it $61.99 so either its a typo or they send it packaged with dry ice and an ounce of gold. Lo!
