Really good, had to build up to the full wash time but seemed to remove all the bacteria as promised

Works great have fresher breath but still to see any benefit of the whitening aspect

I wanted to like this product. The formulation seemed good and it was great value. However, it made no difference to the stains on my teeth. I'm using another oil pulling wash and it has already reduced those stains significantly. And the mess it makes in my bathroom - charcoal everywhere.

J adore, moi qui n aime pas les produits pour l hygiene dentaire a la menthe avec ce rince bouche a l huile je ss ravie, gout coco, et surtt tres efficace, sensation de propre, pas vue d effet blanchissent reel mais neanmoins je kiff je l achete tous les mois...j en ss a ma 3 eme bouteilles je recommande plus plus plus.

Da ich mir gerne die Zähne nach dem Morgenkaffee putze, aber vor dem Kaffeetrinken gerne ein sauberes Mundgefühl haben möchte, bin ich auf das Ölziehen gekommen.Lange Zeit mit herkömmlichen Speiseölen dieses Ritual durchgeführt, die Speiseöle schmecken am frühen Morgen aber eher ungut. Um diesen "unguten" Geschmack zu reduzieren, bin ich auf die Suche nach Mundziehölen gegangen. Nach einigen mehr oder weniger durchwachsenen Ölen, bin ich auf dieses Mundziehöl gestoßen.Ausschlaggebend für den Kauf war die Bio-Aktivkohle. Aktivkohle ist immer gut :)Dieses Mundziehöl hat mich überzeugt.+ der Geschmack ist sehr gut. Der Kokosgeschmack ist sehr dezent, so mag ich das. Ich möchte am frühen morgen keine Geschmacksexplosion im Mund haben.+ Nach dem Ziehen hat man ein merklich sauberes Gefühl im Mund+ das Öl lässt sich sehr gut und ohne Kleckerei dosieren+ Preis/Leistung passt+ nach dem Nachspülen mit Wasser bleibt kaum ein Nachgeschmack zurück, so schmeckt dann der Morgenkaffee auch nach KaffeeDieses Öl ist mein Favorit, absolute Empfehlung.

wunderbarer Kokosgeschmack in Verbindung mit Mundhygiene!

Der Geschmack ist leider ganz furchtbar künstlich nach Kokos. Mich wundert das, da natürliches Kokosöl viel milder schmeckt und Aktivkohle geschmackfrei ist.Die Flasche ist leider nicht aus Braunglas, sondern Plastik.
