What 3M Dual-Lock product and part # has the best adhesive for outdoor auto/motorcycle use

I use this product (TB3550) to mount cameras to my motorcycle. I've not had any issues yet with the adhesive even at speeds of 170mph + (track). I'm not sure you'll find a better product from 3M for these types of applications.

Would anyone recommend 3M Dual Lock for pedalboards?

Yes, it works great. Be advised, do not use much because it stays together amazingly. It’s a little hard to adhere to the bottom of Boss pedals. I sometimes have to use a little epoxy on the back of the dual lock to help it adhere to the pedal itself. Just a thin strip at the top and bottom is all you’ll need. I recommend getting an automotive trim removal tool from Harbor freight (the yellow ones) to help pry them off when reshuffling pedals. (Yes, even with just a little bit. Then apply some dual lock to the tool and stick it to the bottom of the board. Added bonus: it does not absorb liquids. So spills won’t smell down the road.

Is this the same as 3M -VHB tape? Dual sided of course but with less adhesive properties?

Not sure of your question but after a year of using this product i have one more comment. It does not work well at all on anything but flat or mating surfaces.

Just to be clear, it does come with the "fuzz" side as well as the hook side correct? I am only in need of the "fuzz".

No, there is no "fuzz" side on this type. Bothe sides are the same, made out of plastic. When locked, they snap, and it will not let go after that. Prying them apart, they release, but it takes some force. I have used this type on small RC airplanes to full scale flight simulators. This is the top of the line commercial "Velcro".
