Perfect for individual's who apply more pressure on their heels while walking. Absolutely a must for boots.

These insoles do not take much space in the shoes but give pressure as the right places without pricking or pushing too much. They are soft to touch and very comfortable to use. I have a flat foot and over weight to top it. It was very difficult for me to walk and my calves and feet used to pain if I walked a few hundred meters. This insole was recommended by a chemist during one of the visits to Dubai. Now I can walk kilometers with no pain and the product can easily last for a few years if used carefully. The front edges eventually wear out as its a half foot sole. Highly recommended for flat foot.

The only problem with these are that they can be used with sports shoes and casual shoes. I’m not able to use them with my leather boots or formal shoes, the shoes become too tight. Otherwise very good and serves the purpose.

This product isn’t useful for the purpose at all. Just feels like something’s being kept inside your shoe. Not soft or spongy at all, hence no relief in pain

great Arch support. I had bad Plantar Fasciitis in my 40s. Now 60 and can still run because of these Arch supports (been using these for 10-15 years, buy new pair when I buy new shoes) . I prefer they are 3/4 length so my toes and foot have plenty of room in my shoes. (just need to loosen the laces 10-20%. I have 4-5 sets, in my shoe rotation so they can air out and don't need to switch from shoe to shoe. But start with 1-2 sets and make sure you like them. They might slip in some shoes, but work great in all tennis, casual & dress shoes.

From time to time, I have inflammatory arthritis. This greatly reduced the discomfort and pain on my feet. Works great
