I bought this product initially to deal with stress incontinence. I had little experience with products down there so I found it helpful that there was a manual and a small bottle of lubricant. The initial sensation was startling but after a few minutes of walking around with in, I got used it to. That small bottle of lubricant is sure to be used up quickly depending on experience which is why I'm happy I bought extra lubricant and a cleaner in addition to this. While minor and not really involved with the product itself but more the manual, I think it would have been more help that the weights were listed inside the manual just in case you get the order mixed up and it's too heavy and slips out your lower region(which has embarrassingly happened). All in all, it's a pretty good product, I haven't gotten much mileage in it to tell if it's helping with my bladder without the balls inside but that'll change with time.

It’s the first time I used these kind of products, it was a great recommendation of Amira!After having my baby I was looking for new exercises to get again the strength to my floor.The product is comfortable as you don’t notice it while doing house chores. I would recommend it to all the moms.

The instructions do not label the ball weights or give any type of plan as to how to start and then build a kegel routine. There is also no case or bag to store these in, which is pretty gross. Overly expensive as well. Waste of money, I should have gone with a different company.

This item works exactly as intended. The weight holder is made of a nice, smooth rubbery material which stretches and moves easy and the different size weights are smooth in texture and work well. A weight is inside of each of the balls which can rattle around slightly, but is very quiet and would be unnoticeable. Well made product.

These Kegel balls are incredible! A must have for every woman. They really do the job and I love being able to change the weight when I want to.
