Long cord is nice since it isn't so close to the wall
Arrived 11/21/14 and installed it the following day. Arrived on time without any problems.So far, this device is working as it should. Long cord is nice since it isn't so close tothe wall. Have connected a fax, modem, DirecTV and 2 cordless phones. Hopefully, itwill last longer than the 2 year warranty.

Very handy
This is a great little item. I recently switched from DSL to cable and had to move my fax machine and my telephone base closer to my cable box so that they would all connect sense now the only phone jack is in the back of my cable tower . I found this five prong jack on Amazon and just received it. I hooked everything up and it works perfectly.
