The picture shows five minute quick and easy, but the product description just says steel cut - is this item the quick and easy five minute steel cut?

I am concerned about buying overly processed foods. How have these quick oats been processed to make them "quick"?

Quick cooking oats are cut into smaller pieces than the regular oatmeal (either steel cut or rolled). That means it takes less time for the heat and water to get all the way through the oats, so cooking is quicker.
