Along with each of the seven sets of six basic motor skill learning obstacles, you also get poster of the Developmental Rubric to encourage skill improvement, plus a Master teacher assessment form and a Master student assessment form. For your own monitoring or to inform parents of their progress in school, you can copy these Masters for each student.
