Hot Chocolate on a Stick - Dark Chocolate Flavor - Individually Wrapped

First, the product seems to have shrunk in size since the last time I bought these. Also, one of the bars is due to expire in a short twelve weeks while the rest have an expiration date of 6/23/17. I looked at the date because the one bar looks "old" with a white tinge to the chocolate. So I used that one first to make a cup of hot chocolate. Honestly, you could melt a chocolate bar in a cup of milk and get the same result. Meh. Won't buy again.

I've been looking for good Hot Chocolate that I could make myself for a while.I've tried the Starbucks, Nestle as well as some of the Keurig ones.I dislike Hot Chocolate made with water, so the fact that this PopBar lets you use milk gives it points off the bat. Heat a cup of milk in the microwave, put in hot chocolate and stir. Personally, it's the best tasting hot chocolate I've ever had that wasn't made for me.It's well worth the price and I might have to buy a bunch of these every winter.

I bought 8 of these as a gift. Three dark, three milk and two white. One of the dark chocolate sticks was so grey, it was lighter than the milk chocolate. The other two dark chocolate sticks looked normal. One of the white chocolate sticks arrived with a Best By Date of 6/6/16 and the other was 8/6/16. Today is 10/7/16. I guess Popbar is using Amazon Marketplace to unload their old inventory. No thanks, these will be going back.

There was a hairball in one of the dark chocolate sticks I bought.
