Works great!! Easy for handyman to install
I've purchased 2 of these for 2 different lights. One was for a bathroom overhead light fan combo. I wanted to be able to turn the light on from the entrance, without having to rewire to add a switch. The other was for a newly installed pendant light over a kitchen sink, replacing a recessed light. Again I wanted a more accessible switch without rewiring. Both work perfectly the first time without a lot of fiddling. I would recommend having someone familiar with fixture installation to connect the receiver and hide inside the box, but it's not so complicated that you'd need an electrician. You do need to have the lights already wired to switches that you leave on. These give you an extra more accessible switch. My only complaint is that even with the right kind of dimmable bulbs, dimming takes a bit of practice clicking the switch a few times to get a lower intensity.

Does the job of controlling and dimming chandelier bulbs.
It is easy to install without much knowledge of circuitry. It is also easy to pair. I've tested the remote transmitter so far with two incandescent bulbs in my chandelier and it turns them on and off perfectly and dims them very well from dark to full brightness. Since twelve 60 watt bulbs is too much load for all twelve bulbs needed, I've ordered twelve 4.5 watt LED bulbs, which I expect tomorrow and hope will be equally controllable and dimmable.

It dosn't work so far
I am having a problem with the device. It is installed but does not respond to the Kinetic switch. I have followed the instructions for both the switch and the controller. The switch instructions say to hold the "pairing Key" for 3 seconds and then push the switch. When I do that the light on the controller flashes twice quickly and then pauses. It continues to do that but the light does not come on. The dimming controller says to hold the "pairing key" for 10 seconds and then push the switch. That also does nothing. If we can make it work, I will revise my rating. Help, please. Thank you.An update: I contacted the company. They helped me trouble shoot and we determined the device was defective. They have ordered a replacement. I am waiting for it.An update: The replacement kit arrived and I installed it. It works perfectly to control 5 dimmable LED bulbs in a chandelier. I am very happy with the device and with the customer service.

Works well, but doesn't feel like the final version yet.
This is a good product. I don't have any issues so far. I was going to delay my review until I've had it up longer, and I'll update if things change, bit the seller asked for feedback, which I like, so here it is. Overall, everything works as expected, the button works no problem, and the install was mostly trouble free. However, there are some specific areas than need improvement. The instructions are not very clear, and while they are fairly complete, it feels like the translation and clarity, at least in English, is not as good as it could be, because it really isn't very complicated. Otherwise the wiring design needs improvement. The little diagram labeling the terminals is on the opposite side of the terminals themselves, which makes installing more difficult than it should be, considering you have limited room anyway, and this is a simple design fix. Similarly, the terminal screws are inset too far, and I had to carefully find a screwdriver that would fit, which barely did, so the typical driver you probably have might not work. Also, more terminals would be good, because they are small enough that using multiple wires in one is difficult. It is configured for a simple case of wall hot and neutral on one side and light switched hot and neutral on the other. I installed this for a ceiling fan, specifically for the dimming feature, where I'll still control the fan manually, which had the wall hot and neutral and then two switched hots for the fan and light, and a common neutral. I wired the wall hot and the fan into the single hot terminal, for passthru to the fan, the wall neutral to the wall neutral and the light hot to the light terminal, obviously, and then finally the common neutral to the light neutral. So, two points. One, a second wall hot terminal would have been convenient and easier. Two, clarity on the neutral terminals for if they are tied together or not internally, I assumed they are, and things seem to work so far, but that is not obvious, as they could have a circuit that needs a dedicated return depending on what they are doing. Related, if they do need two independent neutrals, having a second terminal for wall neutral would be good, in this case to wire the fan return too, and then it would be clear the light needs its own return, though if that were true I'd be out of luck, since my fan wasn't wired that way, so I hope it doesn't and this keeps working. Like I say, so far it's a good product, but it feels more like the beta test than the final version. I'd like to get another one but, given my concerns I'll wait a bit to see how things pan out. Oh, also, I have not yet tried this will LED bulbs, but plan to, and I need to verify the dimmer still works, I just didn't have LED bulbs to install yet. I'll follow up as needed.
