Pen Ninja - Ink Refill Pack of 5 (Black)

I know that sounds like a joke, but a received 5 empty metal tubes with a plastic cap without ball point or ink. Yes empty refills. I just ask for a replacement because I think that this can’t happen twice. Let’s see if deserve to update my review.
