WOWZA it is SMALL
This dress is really cute, but it isn't NOT an American size. I bought it for myself... I'm 5'9 I am broad shouldered but small waisted and normally wear a 6 so I bought a medium. Needless to say I ended up giving it to my 12 year old daughter - Looks great on her.
