Good everyday knife
Quality and efficient for the price point. When it comes to knives the levels and quality can vary based on many factors. if you do your research and know what you are looking for this knife is what it says it is. its a perfect carry/work knife for everyday type use, boxes, labels, shrink wrap cutting etc... i would not use as a self defense knife nor a camping knife as its not meant for heavy duty type use. As a pocket knife and everyday use knife i would definitely recommend.

The blade may be hard as hell to open.
Addition: I mentioned before that the blade was hard as hell to get out. I had to put fast hard pressure on the flip lever. Well, after doing that for about forty times, the blade now flips out easily. Therefore I have to five give it five starts-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I liked the looks of it. I'm a old martial artist that still teaches adults and we practice using knives for self-defense. Mostly we use the karambit but this knife could defend a person. I liked the fact that my small fingers fit on every perfectly. I'm 5'2" with small slim hands. The front part of the blade is sharp enough to slice sheet of paper, but rubbing my thumb across it shows that it could be much sharper. After a cople of uses it will get dull. I like the serrations. Most are too thick, where these notches are thin like a razor blades, perfect for cutting a rope. The width of it is perfect for placing my thumb on top, for a good hold. I like the looks of it and it's not that heavy, nor is it feather light. I bought it for the glass breaker tip, I hope it doesn't break off if I ever need it. The strap cutter I would advise testing on a strap. Another buyer of a similar knife said that it wouldn't cut the strap. I like the orange trim, so you could find it in the grass. The bad things: The son of a guns tighten the blade down so much that I need a crane to pull the blade out. Once I get it out, it's fine. I will try to use wd-40 on it and see if it helps. If not, I still like it. If you have average to big hands, it will be a little knife in your hands, which may not be a bad thing, maybe. The belt clip is perfect. Most of them are tighter than hell, this one though is the perfect amount of tension. For what you get, it's worth the money. It's adequate for self-defense and for utility use.

Exceeded my expectations - this is now my every day carry knife!
This pocket knife is GREAT! I purchased it in lieu of an auto emergency tool. I wanted a pocket knife that also had the seat belt cutter and widow breaking point.First, the blade - The spring loaded blade works better than I expected. It is very easy to open the blade with one finger pulling down on the small tab on the back of the blade. With just a little pressure (but not too little) the blade will automatically open and lock in place. It has worked flawlessly every time. Also, I read a review where there was a slight bit of concern about the spring lock. I have not noticed ANY play in the blade nor anything less than full engagement of the spring lock. I've held it with different types of grips to see if it disengages. It hasn't moved unless I am really trying to cause it to happen (which isn't an actual circumstance test).Auto Rescue Function - The razor blade opening is small enough that I can't cut my pinky finger with it (and I have small hands). That is not an issue. The glass breaking tip was the feature I was most impressed with because of the grip. First, if you hold the knife as though you were to hammer a car window, the angle of the end of the knife fits perfectly into the angle of my thumb. Secondly, where my index finger rests on the blade, it is angled outward. This means that as force is applied to the knife in a hammering motion, the parts that support my strongest two digits (thumb and index finger) are made in a way to provide the maximum force to the window breaking tip. This is probably the best $8 I've spent. I am ordering one of these for each of my friends and cars. For me, this is now my every day carry knife.

Perfect everyday, all-purpose knife.
I’ve had this knife about 5 months now. I work on a farm and I carry it and use it every day. It’s taken a lot of abuse. Overall I love it! The spring assisted opening works perfectly and makes opening the blade so fast and easy. I carry a multi-tool but I never use the knife on any more because this thing is so handy. It’s tough and decently sharp too. I’ve cut through lots of cardboard, tape, 5 gallon buckets, plastic, pop cans, rubber hose, and more. I’m not at all gentle! So far it’s taken all the abuse in stride. The serrated part of the blade gets used to saw through stuff too. The only downside of this is that serrated part is getting dull and is difficult to sharpen. But for $8, you will not hear me complaining! For this price, I could buy a new one every month! The pocket clip is also very helpful. Again I only have one small gripe, it does catch on things and bend rather easily. The only other issue is that I’ve had a few of the little Allen screws on the handle work loose. These are very minor, but I guess that’s why I don’t quite give it a perfect 5 stars. That said I will buy more of these once this one wears out. For $8-10, it’s hard to get more bang for your buck. It’s my new favorite knife!
