I wish I could add a 0 to the star review.. horrible toy! Don’t waste your money.. thankfully my money was refunded. The boys were so disappointed! Just as they were going to start playing, the horrific sound that came out of these Walkie talkies was ear wrenching... a loud static sound did not allow them to play, leaving them with the biggest sad face possible. Way to ruin a Christmas present!

Piece of poo. Complete waste of money. The batteries I had to buy for these are with more than the product itself. When switched on their is loud static. When you press the button to talk, the other handset receives NOTHING ... even when standing 4 feet away in the same room. DO NOT BUY. We are returning.

These walkie-talkies are a "good idea" if you have any nostalgia towards Thomas and Friends, but that's about it. As soon as you turn them on, there is a constant static noise that will not go away or quiet down, no matter what you do. The range is not that great - one end of the house to the other, and the voice clarity is next to nothing. My kids found more entertainment in pressing the Morse Code button than actually talking back and forth. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a set of walkie-talkies that actually work.

Great little walkie talkies. You won’t have totally clear reception, but I never had with walkie talkies. My kids love them

The walkie talkies were a perfect gift for our 3 year grandson......he loves them!! Yhey work very well and are easy for him to operate!

I know that it is a toy but it does not work at all. There is so much static when you try to talk in to it. It's a good thing that my son doesn't notice or he would probably throw a fit :)

You get what you paid for, except i got a $3 set of Walkies for $15. they are quiet and distorted with low range. The design is easy to use and my young kids don't mind that they sound terrible but if they are not in close proximity to each other, they probably won't be able to understand each other well.
