Heavy duty work glove
Best gloves ever. Very well made, we've found them to be extremely durable for all kinds of fencing, farmwork and firewood. Definately overbuilt if you are looking for a gardening glove.

Worth it.
Quality Leather gloves. Strange smell from the tanning I guess. But they are as tough as advertised.

Great Glove, Slightly Inconsistent Quality
These gloves are one of the best that I have found so far for barbed wire fencing. The only gloves I liked better, are the "Deluth Trading Post, Fence Menders", but those cost $50 + shipping, and don't last any longer. Handling barbed wire every day, these gloves usually last me about 2-3 weeks. However, sometimes I will get a pair that have bad leather and will rip in the first couple of days... Because of the double layer, they do lack in the area of dexterity... But can grab barbed wire and not feel the barbs, unlike most other gloves. Over all, they are the best glove that I have found for longevity and budget.

Overpowering Chemical Odor
I was excited about these work gloves—they're sturdy, comfortable, and clearly built to last. Unfortunately, the intense chemical smell made them completely unusable right out of the package. It was so strong that it filled the room and lingered on my hands even after brief contact. Suspecting residual tanning agents, I washed the gloves thoroughly with soap and water. The rinse water turned neon yellow, confirming something was leaching out. I repeated the process over 10 times (washing, rinsing, and air-drying each cycle), but the odor never diminished. Instead, the runoff grew progressively darker, and the repeated soaking eventually destroyed the material—exactly as I feared. I reached out to the manufacturer via email for advice or a replacement, but received no response. Other reviewers don't mention this issue, so this may be an isolated manufacturing defect. Still, the experience was frustrating enough that I can't recommend these gloves without a warning. If you’re sensitive to strong odors, steer clear—or at least test them in a well-ventilated area before committing.
