My husbands AST went from 411 to 38 in two months and his ALT went from 176 to 70! His Dr was very impressed. He also stopped eating cold cuts to eating salad (and other healthy options) when I pack his lunch for work, but I am sure this Milk Thistle I bought helped detox his liver effectively! its good for my liver

My liver was damaged when I underwent medical treatment previously, so detoxing is now a protocol I need to follow. I've always been impressed with the quality of Vital Nutrients as a brand, and this product did not disappoint. This is the only product I swapped in in the last month, and it even appears my recovery time is better after strenuous exercise. I recommend this highly, and it's a great value as well.

I know there are so many Milk Thistle brands and cheaper then this one. However, in my own opinion I have found VITAL brand with the most fast acting ingredient and quick positiveresults. I highly recommend this milk Thistle brand at the end is less expensive then the inexpensive ones.

Haven't used this long enough to have an idea

This is a great supplement for cancer protocol.

Bottle arrived empty. The security foil was completely torn off and nothing in bottle. Don’t understand how this could happen. I was issued a refund, but for some reason couldn’t get a replacement-why, it’s on subscription?
