Questionable quality... lid was quite loose and did not line up exactly when placed on cup. Returned item because wrong color was sent. Purchased a different mug.

The lid will not stay open, so I can not travel with mug.

In the past I have used large, thermal car cups but for one reason or another, they aren't usable anymore and I haven't been able to find a replacement in the stores. I thought this was it but it's not.I was looking for a cup, like my old ones, that didn't just hold 12 oz.s but also left an inch or two of head room above the 12 oz.s of liquid. Also, I wanted the thick-sided aliminum that keeps the coffee hot for quite a while. What I got with this one was exactly like the one I am using temporarily until I find a good one: the 12 oz.s fill to the very brim and the aluminum sides are thin and have very little thermal capacity. I should have paid more attention to the description, I guess, but I wish it had been more detailed. So here it is. For some this may be just what they want, but not for me.

It does a pretty fair job of keeping the beverage hot for a good length of time.

Received mug very quickly, and after one morning of use, I have just as quickly resumed my search for quality mug. This mug looks nice, but leaks like crazy around the seal. Lots of coffee dripping off my hands and all over my shirt today. The non slip bottom fell off during first use as well...unusable.

Delivered on time. Exactly what I was looking for and my husband loves it.

The jury is still out. The lid fitting seems loose and will start to leak. Does NOT fit very well. Am kind of afraid to use it as i fear the lid will just fall off.

Mug ordered was red,box said red but got green. When drinking liquid ran down onto my lap. Only stayed hot for about 20 minutes. Leaked when tipped and closed. I sent it back.
