Would have been 5 stars but came with an EU 2prong plug, apart from that item is fab and for the cost it's not really much of an issue just a slight inconvenience, prompt speedy delivery as well.

Beware, this only comes with a 2 pin plug!
Very disappointed, ordered this as a birthday present, only for my husband to open it to find it has a 2 pin plug, there is no reference to this anywhere, this is mis-marketed, it's unfair when I could have ordered a correct adaptor when ordering, now we are unable to use it on the day planned as we now need to order a suitable adaptor before we can use it, get your information right on your description, this is very misleading!

Easy to use and simple to clean, plus it makes a very good Coffee
This is our second Bosch Tassimo Machine, it is great value for money easy to use plus you can order Replacement Tassimo Sachets from Amazon.
