For those of us who actually work and have to worry about our phones getting dust in the speakers and the glass getting cracked, this is a fantastic case. As advertised, it is dust proof and protects the phone from spills and drops. I can’t give an educated review on its being waterproof as I’ve never submerged it, but from what I see it looks like it would be quite waterproof.The only thing I don’t like about this case is that, in its endeavor to be dust and water proof, it virtually annihilates the iPhone’s renowned speaker quality: sounds ranging from music to ringtones to text tones are muffled severely, and turning up the volume vibrates the case terribly. This makes this case undesirable for those who don’t use Bluetooth or AirPod devices often; however, since I use Bluetooth constantly, the muffled noise is never noticed.All in all, a superb case for the price.

I've dropped my phone several times with this case and nothing has happened to my phone. I've take pictures under water just to try it out and they look so cool. I've taken this to the water park several times now and all I can say is wow. I didn't have to worry about water splashing on my phone, leaving it behind and worrying someone was going to take it or anything like that. The great thing is it doesn't make my phone anymore bulky than my last cover for it. The bonus for me was that it came with a wrist strap. It makes it so much easier to carry my phone around, especially at a water park. I'm never taking this case off.

My mom has an iphone 5s and since summer is here she is going to go to the beach and decided to buy this case in Amazon. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised because it came in a magnificent presentation, besides that it looks high quality and comes with an installation kit. Already today we went to the beach I made the test of wetting it and the phone was completely safe and dry

Great product! Super light weight and not bulky like an otterbox (I hate how bulky they are) and I can still use the fingerprint touch which is nice. Passed waterproof tests with and without the phone in the case! Fit snugly and perfectly. Will be great for river trips and as extra protection for my phone. Only giving four stars because after a few months of everyday use the tab protecting the speaker broke completely and it is no longer waterproof.

For reference (because they are scammers that copy and paste products descriptions)- we purchased iThrough brand sold by iThrough Direct.Gave my son my old SE when I got a new phone and kids are hard on cases- my old case finally gave out- the rubber plug to the charging area broke off and he lost it- so no more waterproof. I bought this case for him- the light green one- and he loves the color (exactly as is shown on Amazon.com) - it's very sturdy- I would say easily rivals the expensive Otterbox or LifeProof brands. Fit his phone perfectly (the OLD SE, not the newer big version) and I'm thrilled with it!We've spent a fortune in the past on our 7 iphones to get Otterbox/Lifeproof and they generally fall apart around the edges and the charging/headphone area within 6 months. Have had much more luck with off-brand cheap ones.We tested the waterproofing before putting the phone in and it worked perfectly. So happy with this purchase. Even if it lasts less than a year- I've saved $40 by buying this one that will still last as long/longer than the expensive one.

It’s tough, durable, withstands water and falling from my pocket to the pavement. It’s an awesome case, especially for the price. Literally my only issue with this case is that I can barely hear calls anymore. They’re barely audible even at max volume, and when I’m in my work truck (a diesel) no dice, can’t hear anything. I had to knock a star off for that, but again if you’re really only worried about the safety of your phone and you can use AirPods or something, it’s perfect.

So I received the case today. The fit is great and pretty cool. The finger print window works great. I’ll report back as I use this case. I don’t abuse cases but seem to be naturally destructive with phone cases.10/8/19 On vacay... dropped my phone in deep end of the pool. I had music playing at the time. I dove in expecting the worse. Ha! I heard my music ‘Jimmy Buffet’ under the water. I grabbed the phone and all is good. Great case. Everyone who witnessed asked, what kind if case is that?!Thanks!

Wife is pretty accident prone so this case works perfectly for her. She's accidentally thrown it because there was a bee after her. Dropped it countless times out of her pockets because they don't make dress pants pockets big enough for women. Even dropped it in the tub with no water damage, after countless drops. Downside... it's bulky and the ringer switch is a little tricky, but it's still better than buying a new phone after she washed the last one. Money well spent.
