Well laid out, easy to follow - covers all the bases.Day-to-day instruction manual with menus, recipes, shopping lists and work-out schedules. Also includes a lot of flexibility for those of us that have trouble fitting work-outs into our schedule.I'm very happy I bought this book!

Easy to follow... and it works
This is an easy to follow eating plan. I say eating plan because it did not feel like a diet plan to me at all. I ate more with this plan than I normally do. I purchased three additional copies for my sisters and friend and they have also found it very useful. I have seen results with this book. My husband has also and he had no need to lose weight - just firm up. I would definitely buy and try this again and still recommend it to friends and family!

Great Intro to Increasing you metabolism
I have hit that phase in my life where my metabolism has drastically slowed down, leaving me with 30 pounds of flesh that I don't feel deserving of.This book really convinced me on the importance of weight training in order to maintain my metabolism. I have perused a number of weight training books and this one, I feel, is one of the best. While most books go through weight training exercises utilizing equipment available only at a gym, this book uses only dumbells and a mat---perfect for an inexpensive home workout!!! I love the fact that the book presents a set workout (complete with pictures) and a diet menu for every day of the 3 weeks that your body is transformed. It also includes a weekly grocery shopping list of foods that are included in the daily menus. I definitely feel more toned and trim after 2 weeks. While I have yet to weigh myself, many people have commented that I look as though I've lost some weight. Yeah me.

Just wanted to look a little better!
I first found this at the library, and decided I needed it for "the long term", so purchased on Amazon.com. The book is terrific, easy on my 70 years old muscles. I have gotten into walking through the pastures and woods near my home. I feel better and am sleeping better too. Why didn't I do this earlier????The biggest plus - no expensive excercise equipment to buy, to take up space in my home. Dumb Bells are all you need. WOW - how refreshing.Enjoy.
