The product itself works, really welly actually. The only problem is that the length of the plug in does not support most iPhone cases as most provide a reasonable amount of casing along the bottom of the phone. Which in essence makes sense for those who do not use an iPhone case as you would risk snapping it off due to the extra length subjected to potential bending. With the plugin being short its relatively stout and unlikely to break. Ultimately I would recommend this product if and only if you plan on using it without a protective case over your phone.

I bought 2 packs of 2 adapters on August 3, 2019. As of today, October 8th, 3 of the 4 adapters have failed and the 4th is on its way to the trash as well. These were bought so the headphones could be used while charging the phone. Three failures in just over 60 days. I should have just lit the money I spent on fire.

This is my third time buying these particular adapters. My daughter uses them constantly for hours at a time. They work good but every set I’ve bought I had to replace because each adapter broke after three months of use. But for the price I can’t really complain.

it's too late to return these or I would. Items are defective. The headphone jack doesn't work all the time when it's charging as well. Removed case and there is still a connection issue. It's connected fine, you just can't hear anything.

Ordered this as a gift. She opened it and was excited to be able to charge and play music while driving. Little did she know the device wouldn’t actually let her do both simultaneously. She can charge through it, but when she added the aux/dongul to play music, both stopped working.The second one in the package I kept to use. Unfortunately it doesn’t work because of the phone case I have. It won’t fully plug into the phone because of how padded most phone cases are these days.

Great deal for this two-pack of splitters. We can charge our iPhones plus use our headphones at the same time. Easy to use by just plugging in. Small and convenient for traveling with or keeping in purse. Great value!

Hey don’t like anything about this product. I purchased it to use while working and more ease to charge and listen. Neither features worked on either set i received. I was agitated every time I reached in my pocket and felt them, only thing that made me relax was my jacket was stolen with them inside so I could just forget about how disappointing this purchase was.

Tested the cord and no problem, used the splitter and no connection. Even double checked the connection side and all was good. But would not activate car play.
