It is a great product if not abused.
I absolutely love this product it is durable to a point if used properly. One thing that people forget is that it is hard plastic. I have changed over 40 tires with it and it is just now starting to break in areas where you would expect. Does not damage rims. I am ordering extra pieces as I love the fact they do not damage customer rims.

Very brittle
Tried 3 of these now. The first lasted a few months. Second one broke after a week. 3rd broke on the first use. Junk. WHERE SAFETY GLASSES. THESE SHATTER AND WILL HURT YOU!

Odd angle really that makes it harder
I am not enamoured with this product. and while sure it is all nylon/plastic so no real risk of scratching a wheel, it is big and bulky and an odd shape so tire removal and install is more labor intensive that the steel duckhead my unti came with...but those little yellow protector pads on the steel head were routinely breaking, like in a typical year of 200 tire changes I was going through about 40 of those yellow protectors, sometimes they did not even last a set of tires, other times they may last a few sets of tires.... I will keep looking for another alternative

Too flexible
It installed well and may work for smaller steel wheels but I used it for a set of 11” wide low profile tires. Too flexible, would keep the tire above the rim after levering it up on this duck head. There is no lip after the starter pry point. Once it starts spinning, it flexes and the tire drops back down below the rim edge.
