I bought this coat for my 13-year-old son who is 5'2" and 105 lbs. I got him a small, and as you can see from the pictures, it is a bit large on him but totally works. I'm glad for him to have room to grow, at this age!My husband has a North Face 3-in-1 coat in a very similar style, and I would say that compared to the North Face, this coat definitely feels lighter and cheaper. The fleece and also the outer shell fabric feel a little more flimsy. That said, the North Face coat was MUCH more expensive than this, and this coat seems like it will do the job for someone who will be skiing only 5-10 times a year. He will probably use it for regular purposes as well. My son says the coat is VERY warm. While skiing, he won't need to wear thermals or any extra layers on the top half of his body. He actually complained that it feels too warm for most regular use - which is exactly why the 3-in-1 concept will come in handy. The outer shell seems like it will be waterproof. The hood attaches to the outer shell of the coat and has good coverage. He also complained that the zipper is very hard to zip.

I looked at the reviews before I purchased this item and I saw there was an issue with main zipper, but the price was so low that I bought it anyway.The good news is that I had no issues with the main zipper. It didn't have the smoothest operation, but it didn't fail or jam.I skied in this jacket for about 4 hours. Here are the highlights: The slider on the breast zipper ate through some of the teeth and jammed with around 5 total uses. The seams are not very strong on this item which resulted in one of the wrist straps tearing through the stitch (yes, the force at the wrist (?) overpowered this item).The jacket is fairly warm and the shell was sized correctly. However, the liner was sized somewhat small for both me and the shell.If you are just buying this as a jacket and plan on only using the main zipper and not undertake any activity, you can go ahead and buy this item. Otherwise, you should find a different product. This was a cheaper jacket and you should expect a lowered quality, but this price is probably too high for what you are actually getting. I am considering this a disposable item.

Loved the weight of this jacket and the fleece lining. Like others we have tried before you need to keep your hands on the fleece layer when removing to not have it come off without the jacket. Bought an XL, which was plenty roomy and comfortable. Very nice jacket as well. The yellow on the pockets give it a sharp look.

For a men's coat it has the zipper installed like a U.S. women's, so it's backwards from what I'm used to. Coat runs at least a full size small. I usually wear an XL and bought an XXL, because I saw the same coat, not labels, direct from China for about the same price, but they list buying a size larger for U.S. sizing, so I did. Fleece liner sleeves catch on long sleeve shirts, so you have to hold onto the sleeve of your shirt when you put your arms in the sleeves. Coat is very warm with fleece liner, looks good, and is a very reasonable price.

This was exactly what I was looking for. It feels very comfortable and is extremely durable. It's really cool that the fleece layer can be worn without the outer shell. Winter clothes can be extremely expensive, but this one is very affordable and high quality. The fit is perfect too and I like the style . One thing that's important to me is that it doesn't restrict my movement at all. It's very easy to move in and I can use it for any winter sport/activity that involved the blistering cold weather. I love it and would recommend it to anyone!

UINTA OUTERWEAR Men's Ski JacketThe jacket is thick and warm with the liner zipped in. It held up for one season for our kids thus far. Be advised that for the U.S. market, the jacket runs on the small size. My teen kids are large framed and we order XL for there to be room for required underlayers. The jacket is waterproof, windproof and contains a full zipper-out liner.

I’ve always loved fleece for snow gear but always had two separate jackets which were too bulky! This is the best! I can move well and be toasty warm
