The screws are the worst!
As convenient as this product makes hooking up networking cables, the cheap screws that come with this wall plate make installation a nightmare.Do yourself a favor, if you have an extra light switch plate laying around, use those screws instead. I've installed two of these ethernet wall plates into two different low voltage mounting brackets. There are no threads in these mounting brackets. You're essentially creating the threads as you go. This necessitates a greater amount of torque and the screw heads are shallow. If using hand tools, this will require immense amounts of force to prevent stripping the heads. Normally, only a small, flat blade screwdriver is all that is required. But this installation works best if you have a powered screwdriver that will provide the necessary torque. If you can run the screws in and out prior to installation, it may prevent some headaches. I did something similar to the first low voltage mounting bracket I purchased too. You'll also find that if you have some screws from an existing light switch plate, that they have a deeper slot and are half the length. The provided screws were much longer than necessary. I replaced the screws on the second wall plate I installed after backing out the originals with a set of pliers after the heads were damaged. To put this into context, I have the right tools and do more DIY than most other people I know.

Make sure you want RJ45 on both sides
I thought this was a good deal for $20 having all the keystone jacks included. What I didn't pay attention to was that they had jacks on both sides. That was my fault. I did take a star off for not having raw cable punch-ins on one side. However, the keystone holes fit other attachments perfectly, the face looks nice and is higher quality than other faces I've purchased. installation was a breeze. I took out all the dual RJ-45 inserts and put in my own keystone jacks : https://amzn.to/2FWnPVw plus some blank inserts so I have room to grow later. Goes great in a junction box on an exterior wall! Note: I have not tested any of the included keystone jacks so I cannot attest to their quality. Review on basis of face plate only.

Good for running POE camera wires from attached garage
I purchased this to organize my power over Ethernet cables entering my house through the attached garage. Because I didn’t want to drill multiple holes and since it’s not climate controlled it was important to me to have a wall plate that I could seal and insulate around. This item works perfectly, as far as I’m concerned it has been an excellent purchase.

Perfect for the work-from-home ethernet run to the bonus room.
I do IT for a living and have done a little cabling, and a lot of work in enterprise data centers over the years. I've seen a lot more punched down terminations fail than the simple crimping an ice cube (RJ45) on the end of the cable. So having a double female connector in a wall plate was appealing. It's worked out nicely. After three months of working from that space over the garage, this wall plate is working fine.

Installs flush and looks good
This worked for me, because I wanted to use an already terminated cable, since this has two female plugs on each one. I'm seeing my full 1 GIG speeds on my fiber connection at my house now.

Exactly what I needed
Short review this time: Used this in a home office with Cmple - Low Voltage Mounting Bracket and a Cat6 cable. We pay our ISP for 200Mbps service, and as you can tell by the picture, we get a little better than that. Installation is easy and it looks good. 5/5 stars.

They do the job.
They are ok. The ports are a bit loose but the bigger problem is the screws. They are way too cheap and the heads strip with just a couple of turns. Even being careful on the second screw didn’t work. Grabbed two new screws from the hardware store and all is well.

Wall plate is fine, screws are cheap.
I read the reviews and bought this anyway. Everyone is right, you will not get this installed without at least messing up the finish on the white screws. I did get it installed, but I guarantee if I had to remove it and install it again these screws would break. If you don't mind that, the wall plate itself seems to work fine. It didn't reduce my bandwidth (220+ Mbps using Cat 5e cables and 200 Mbps service from Xfinity). I don't plug into it every day, just a one and done sort of thing so I can't say it would hold up to constant use for say a B&B or public place where people are plugging in daily, but it's fine for home use.
