REVERBERATION STATION Multi Effects Pedal by Deadbeat Sound

This unit is definitely a more expensive rehoused Chinese unit.... but I’m not afraid of Chinese pedals so that’s okay. What kinda sucks is the noise level. I tried the unit with its own dedicated power supply as well as a shared power supply and it still seems noisy unless at 100% wet. I’ve only used this with a boss katana... I think it may be a ground/phase problem. I intend to try it with my fender amp tonight to see if I can fix the problem. But the reverb is kinda geared toward weird noise ambient stuff anyway so maybe the noise is negligible to some. Will report back when I’ve tested it with other equipment and more thoroughly. So far pretty happy with this unit. Packaging was great too!

First thing is first, this is a great pedal with one flaw. I bought this to go on my pedal board among my other pedals. I loved it’s sound when I listened to multiple reviews online, and felt it would be a great addition. While the sounds were still great, I found that it dampens the signal and makes the whole chain quieter. There’s not really a way to combat this without turning everything to completely wet and/or always leaving it on. Therefore, if if you plan to never turn it off, then it’ll be a great pedal for you. However, if that’s not the case, then I might consider a different pedal.

Great sounding set of Reverbs with plenty on tap for those players looking for good traditional sounds coupled with some options which can stretch you into new places. Mod, LoFi and Reverse are great. The only thing missing from the options list is Shimmer and I’d have happily traded Room to have that option. The only real negative is the size as it’s a whopper. It’s a shame that there’s no dimensions given on Amazon or on the brands site. I’ve added a picture with a MXR pedal for scale.

First off, it's a beautiful pedal. Absolutely stunning. Sturdy as hell. When you play it straight into your amp, you can get all kinds of lush reverberations. The voicing options are vast and very tweak-able. There is one draw back though - and not the immense amount of space it takes up! If you run any kind of overdrive into the unit, and I mean ANY overdrive, it causes a horrible clipping noise - like someone is messing with the power to the amp. I tried multiple options, but the noise never stopped. If you run this pedal into your amp with no other effects leading up to it, you're golden. But if you plan on using this on a board, I would look for other options.

I have a guitar amplifier that does not have reverb. This pedal makes it sound like the guitar amplifier that does not have reverb now has reverb.

Cuts signal when you turn it on, very noisy bypass, only works with the power supply it comes with (Produces noise on daisy chain), now saturated at all, and mutes tone very noticeably. Would not recommend

This was a gift our son received from Santa for Christmas. He was totally surprised and has been enjoying it and making music again with added zip.

Sounds great and looks great! Very pretty reverbs!
