I have no idea if they stop my snoring as I live alone with 2 dogs. The dogs almost never complain. My problem is my nose gets so congested while I sleep that I can't breath through it. My wife and I have been using Sleep Right Melatonin for more than two years. We tried two other products from Costco. With one we felt a bit spacey and odd in the morning and did not have a restful sleep. The other is a relatively inexpensive fast-to-sleep product that was effective in helping us fall asleep, but we both woke up after a couple of hours. These work great. I have constant nasal congestion and can't breath well through my nose. I often used nasal strips, but they sometimes irritate my nose, making me itch and I am unable to sleep well. These rubber inserts work much better than nasal strips and don't irritate my nose. I initially purchased a different brand to see how they worked, and the other brand worked very well also. I bought these because they were more cost effective, but I would assume all the brands would work about the same.

If your snoring is due to nasal valve collapse (like mine is,) then this is the solution. I do not know how anyone could say they are too hard, too soft, etc, the KIT COMES WITH ALL SIZES AND DIFFERENT MATERIALS. Come on people, baby bear's porridge. At least one in the kit will fit you. When it does, you will feel 1000 percent better. I know I did. It keeps the nostrils open during sleep, and even during they day while working out.

I do tend to snore from time to time as much as I don't like to admit this. These dilators helped open up my nasal passageways, which helped increase air flow which in turn cured my snoring, its as easy as that.
