tried it on myself... didn't seem to ...
tried it on myself...didn't seem to do anything...tried it on my dog...hard to get it to stay on., don't know if it helped. If only dogs could talk! I will try it again..

Highly recommend
Used these on myself for a sprained ankle as well as strained ligaments on horses with much success. I definitely felt the difference on myself after wearing for a while and on every instance, both horses and myself, healed quicker than initially anticipated. I just wish it was easier to turn them off/on as I’m always losing the insert to save power
