My husband and I have both been taking this product for 20 years now, I am in my late 60's and he in his late 70's and have always had excellent lab results on cardio chem panels and EKG's. My husband had atrial fibrillation at least one episode before age 50, and has not had any cardiac concerns since being on this product. We often took less than the daily recommended dose, until he was having blood pressure higher than 160/88 and we put him on Cardio BP and he took his small dose of Lisinopril as needed; in four months he was down to 130's over 70"s and now just takes the Cardio with an occasional need for Lisinopril, probably one every week or ten days. We check his BP daily, had is last EKG before an elective surgery, and it is great. Such peace of mind, knowing we will NOT be a victim or heart disease or stroke; just think, unlikely we will EVER need any cardiac bypass surgery. What a small price to pay for this great health benefit ! I am a retired RN and originally got this product for my mother, and spoke to her excellent South African trained cardiologist about this product. He told me that this Would PREVENT heart disease, but may not Reverse it, and wanted her on his prescription dose of Lisnopril. Then, he instructed her to take this as well and to continue to see him and follow his orders. After 6 weeks, she had to see him again as she was getting light headed; at that time he reduced her Lisinopril by half as this product was lowering her BP as it cleaned up her vasculature. Clearly it was working to reverse her heart disease. Unfortunately, my dysfunctional sibling became responsible for our mother's health; changed her Doctors to Kaiser, tried various other prescription drugs, and my poor mother suffered a slow decline for her last years. As a nurse, we see people even as young as in their 30's with heart disease and circulation deficits. I began taking this when my LDL cholesterol jumped to an unhealthy level and after reading Dr. Rath’s book on his website, which is free by the way. From September to March, it dropped 26 points. I also began watching my diet more carefully to eat healthy saturated fat. I think the combination and ingredients in his formula are helping.

Upon recept of Cardio, 10-31-2015, I began a regement of morning - noon - night - {taking three Dr. Rath Cardio multivitamin daily).On the third night I couild feel & tell a very defined difference in my legs (my left leg had been identified with blood clot in 1912-1913-1914 ; upon on examination in 2015 my left leg was clear but a clot was discovered in my right leg), now both my legs felt -better than they have in years.
