Doesn't last!!!
I would give this pillow 5 stars but it stopped working shortly after I bought it. Apparently this is a common problem. I made a mistake and went to sleep and left it on. From that day forward the vibration and heat stopped working. The button lights are the only thing that work on this pillow now. Im upset. It would almost be perfect if it wasn't for this issues. I read some other comments and apparently this is a common issue with this pillow. If you need it for one or two days then buy it lol but if you expect it to longer than a month don't waste your money lol

Wonderful Neck Pillow
I love this little pillow. I use it when I'm reading in bed at night, although I do not use the vibration cuz that's a bit much but I love the size of the pillow and the comfort on my neck. It's just the perfect size; a little smaller than a travel pillow and the little soft pellet filling makes it roll around just right. Every now and then I'll use the vibration on neck, but not long, too noisey with it plus needs recharging too often. 5 stars just her how nicely it is made and you are able to wash the cover.

Don’t waste your money
I bought this last August. After using it twice, the vibrating feature stopped working. Don’t waste your money on this piece of sh!t.

Just right but..
It's a good size, small and portable. I just use it for heat. I charge it all night, use it for about 2 hours out of an 8 hour shift and it uses all the juice. Wish it would last a bit longer.

Love this pillow!
Super soft and easy portable. I carried this pillow during travel and it functioned perfectly. Definitely a neck saver during traveling :)
