Perfect fit, easy to instal. If your Aeron chair came without I would definitely recommend buying one. However I did sit in the chair for about a week without it and It was still very comfortable.

The foam insert in my Herman Miller Aeron chair has deteriorated over the years and needed to be replaced.I ordered this item based on reviews and it was perfect.The 3M tape on the back stuck well and the size was perfect. If your old insert deteriorated like mine, make sure to remove any lingering foam or residue using alcohol wipes in order to allow the new insert to seat well otherwise you may have issues positioning it or staying stuck over the coming years.

Didn’t fit the Aeron Size B very well. It was not long enough overall. Mixed reviews overall, so it may fit a Size A a bit better but unsure. don’t recommend.

Was able to install this easily

It fit exactly how it should in my Classic Aeron size B. It's a little bit taller than I expected, given the size of the old, worn out pad, but maybe it's just because the old one was so deteriorated that it had shrunk. Actually nice and comfy, even though it provides a little bit more pronounced of a bump at the front of my chair than I would have preferred.

This was an easy fix for the disintegrating cushion at the front end of the seat. It comes with two sided tape to secure the pad into place. Be careful to get it in the right place by pressing toward the top of the seat to set it in the correct spot.

TLDR: Buy oem pad from HM dealer.This pad is way too thick and more importantly it is too stiff when compared to the oem cushion. I tried to remove a portion of the pad to reduce the thickness but it was still too stiff and uncomfortable. It felt like it was cutting off circulation to my legs. I eventually called up the local HM dealer and bought the oem pad for not much more than what this pad cost. Because I modified this pad and couldn't be bothered to deal with returns, it ended up in the trash. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake.

The thigh cushion fit the chair perfectly. I don't see the need to use the sticky tape and its nice to occasionally remove the cushion to clean it and the chair under it.
