Awesome practice for the criminal law exam. Or for even pinpointing how to answer multiple choice questions. It definitely gives you insight into how professors will word things to confuse you/trick you and what topics are most important. Definitely recommend for all first year students

Used this to study for a half multiple choice half essay exam for a class that used the Dressler casebook. I used the explanations to supplement my preplanned parts of the essay. This book and the Barbri lecture on Crim law were all that I used to prepare for my exam and I got an A.

Great book. Easy to read. Good questions. Recommend highly to anyone studying law. Entire series is good. Very detailed answers.

The answers/explanations in this book are useless because they do not acknowledge the important differences between various common law approaches. The MPC is completely ignored as well, so you really have no idea where the hell they are getting their rules from.

This was very helpful in understanding the rules. Our professor also used questions from the book on our final exam!

The Kindle version did not load properly on my Kindle Fire and does not contain the answers to the questions.
