Pollen Street: The Cookbook features dishes from Jason Atherton’s Michelin starred Pollen Street restaurant. Using fresh, seasonal produce, and with chapters covering everything canapes to petit fours, each element of the dish is detailed step by step from prepping to plating. The stunning photography by John Carey shows the presentation of each dish and is truly a feast for the eyes.This is not a recipe book for the average home cook, given some of the methodology, equipment and expertise required (although there is nothing stopping the reader from having a go). It is, however, fascinating, informative and a real tribute to Jason Atherton’s ability and vision and the talent of all employed at Pollen Street. 5*

A beautiful book with some super complex recipes for the more adventurous cook to attempt. The only downside is the text size, not sure why there is so much empty space, would have preferred large text and more prominence given to the beautiful pictures

atherton is a trail-blazing chef. and his book is the equal of his stunning, sumptuous restaurant. beautifully photographed, designed with real flair and written beautifully, it's the stand-out for 2018. exceptional - on the plate and on the page.

Nice book per se but can't see me doing any of the recipes from it.
