Was exactly as described. I bought this when my waxing center closed because of COVID and dont think I will ever go back there. I get the same quality of wax here at home for much cheaper, easier convenience. I used to spend 2 hrs (drive + wait time + wax) and $60 a month for waxing just my bikini area. Now I wax every 3 weeks and do my armpits and upper lip too because home wax is so cheap. Watched a youtube video on how to do a bikini wax (informative, non-graphic video by HK wax center that use illustrations), got me a mirror and had at it. If you're thinking about it, give it a go! This home waxing kit is cheaper than 1 visit to the salon. You have nothing to lose.

The wax pot is very good and heats up quickly. Sometims the temperature control feels a bit off and it takes some messing around to get it right, but after a few times I think I have the hang of it. I have sensitive skin and I did not like the wax this came with. It caused a lot of irritation and was very difficult to spread and pull. But it works and there isn’t that much included so I just bought a different wax for the pot.

I didn’t like this kit at all. It came broken and not even in an amazon box or nothing. and it wouldn’t stay on. Also when I thought I had it on the lowest temperature it was burning hot and I couldn’t even use it.

I dislike how they didn’t provide a sample of a cleaning kit. Or what to use to clean it with.
