Best pre-workout powder for me yet
Great get-up without the crash, energy for my speed work and resistance training without the jitters. I like how it has additional creatine, niacin, and glutamine as well! I'll continue to use GO as long as I can get it!

Worked OK, but not great
Worked ok the first few times I used it for a little extra boost, but not that great. Caffeine will give you a similar boost, which is also in this product. In my case, I crashed about 2 hours later.

Taste was pretty good i just dump a scoop in my mouth and wash it down. and 20 min later i fell the rush and rdy to pump some iron
