E3D Nozzles, ExcelFu M6 0.4mm Brass Nozzle Extruder Print Head for 1.75mm Filament E3D V5-V6 3D Printer, Pack of 20

I was having some issues with clogging with some of the filaments and I was using with my Anycubic Mega Pro. I finally broke down and bought these for the printer, and saw my print quality improve drastically, with the clogged nozzles gone. I will not go so far as to say it is because these are a higher quality nozzle than others you might buy – but rather, they were a much-needed change. However, I have had no trouble with them at all. A nozzle is sort of like a computer motherboard. If it does its job well, you kind of forget it's there. :-) It's only when you have trouble, that you think about it. I am now at a point where I don't think about this. I am quite happy with the purchase.

Had trouble looking for these, figured I'd help someone out. They fit the Tina 2s just fine. They are 1mm longer but you have to reset the Z height anyway when you replace any nozzle. The printer was able to compensate for the difference. Prints look nice and smooth again!

These nozzles fit and worked well in my Anycubic Kobra Neo. Good value for the price.

We go through a lot of nozzles on our 3D printers as we swap them out every 4-6 weeks of use. We are always looking for good quality inexpensive parts and these seem to fit the bill. Been using these in 13 machines for the past week and they are all performing well. Will be stocking up on these for sure!

My printer didn't come with a spare nozzle, so I picked this 20 pieces pack to have spare ones in hand in case I'd need to replace it. I haven't used them yet, but I really don't expect problems as this a general and cheap replacement piece in the 3d printing hobby, and you get 20 of them in this pack so if one fails you throw it away and use another.

Nozzles arrived and 2 of the nozzles were not drilled all the way. The other nozzles after printing had various nozzles size issues to the point it was more of a 0.2mm than a 0.1mm. Though definitely a smaller size I was going for from my 0.4mm. But you get what you pay for.

Came as described; incredibly precise. I ran a job that typically takes .2mm, could only tell the difference when I compared closely to the .2mm print.

For the last couple of days I've been having extrusion issues. I cleaned my printer nozzle and that appeared to fix the problem but it returned. Suspecting my nozzle was simply too worn to fix, I ordered these replacements. Here are my observations: 1. The packaging was ok but a little more protection would be nice to ensure no damage to the product. Even a small dent around the nozzle end can affect the performance. That said, after inspecting the nozzles, I did not find any issues. 2. The finish is as expected: Clean, no manufacturing residue and no metal debris. They look properly finished and cleaned. 3. The machining is excellent. They fit my printer head perfectly and tightened properly. Dimensionally, they are identical to the original nozzle. The nut is machined to the correct size so my 7mm socket wrench fit exactly making installations a breeze. It took less than 5 min and most of that was heating the head to remove the filament. 4. I completed bed levelling and ran a test print. The results were perfect the first time! Bed adhesion was excellent, the filament extruded at the correct rate and the first layer was as smooth as this printer can make. 5. I ran an extrusion rate test and the new nozzle performed similarly to my original. I only tested one but considering I picked it as random from the 20 shipped to me, there's no reason to believe the rest of the nozzles won't perform the same. An inspection proved there were no observable differences. Overall, and so far, I'm very happy with the nozzle. I'll update my review if anything changes.

Got these for my anycubic Kobra they fit and work great. Will buy again latter down the roda.

The nozzle fit my Anycubic Kobra perfectly. Print works fine. My only issue is that the package does not contain 20 nozzle it has only 16

Perfect size for my Kobra go and it works fine.

Great value. These fit and work perfectly with the PLA filament.
