Colima Organic Sea Salt by Sabor a Mexico, Coarse Unrefined 100% Natural Gourmet Sea Salt, 8.8 ounces (250 gr)

I was looking for a salt that had all of the intact minerals and not just sodium chloride. I also wanted something that had no impurities in it and came from a reputable source. I had read in different online sources that Colima Mexico has a good source of salt that has a good source of these minerals so I decided to try this brand out. I use about 1 teaspoon a day either in my tea or taken alone. The taste is pretty powerful and numbing to the taste but it doesn't have any funky flavors and works great in cooking. It doesn't seem to affect my blood pressure when I take this with magnesium so I think overall I am getting the added minerals of salt which is needed if you follow a ketogenic diet and want to be regular.

This sea salt should be damp it is not for normal table use nor is it for a grinder and it is coarse. I love it! I am about to buy it again. I place it in a glass jar so that it stays damp. I use it on stakes, and in recipes. This is natural and unrefined sea salt.

This is the first unrefined salt I have tried and I am pleasantly surprised. It adds a very nice flavor to my food. This bag is much smaller than I was expecting, especially for the price. I will research and try to find a better price when it is time to reorder.

This salt is damp and not coarse at all. It’s more like flakes and it’s been impossible to find a grinder that will accommodate it. Seems like a waste of money unless you are only going to use it in recipes where you add teaspoons full of it.

This salt taste really lovely. The quantity is a little light, but you really don’t need as much as you normally would. This is not fine salt, but we all love it, even the picky teenagers.

I love this Colima sea salt, is nice clean& best of all makes my food taste better than using regular table salt, will definitely buy again. Packing was good arrived fast.

I ordered this in the past. The picture looked exactly the same but when it came I saw that it was actually a fraction of the amount I had originally received.
