I actually bought this for use on the pole as I couldn’t get hold of sister product ‘grip it’. It’s absolutely incredible. One spray in each palm was just enough to give me fantastic grip without being too gluey and it didn’t transfer onto the pole so I wasn’t sat there scrubbing it with alcohol spray to get it clean when I’d finished. I suffer from clammy hands and was looking for something to replace tite grip and dry hands which are like gold dust now. I imagine it would give the dry handed polers the same benefit though because it’s tacky. Still testing it but I’m not finding I actually have to reapply it and it gets better as you use it. I could also still do some spins after the initial tackiness had subsided, which can sometimes be a skin loss hazard with roisin based grips. Washes off your hands with soap and water.A little goes a long way so I imagine it’s going to last a long time and compared to other industry faves the price is very reasonable.Loving it so far so I’m sure if you’re buying it for golf you won’t be disappointed.

I couldn't get the grip that was labled for pole use (the red bottle) as it somehow disappeared from amazon searches, but I compared the ingredients of it to this green bottle and it turns out they're the same!This is VERY grippy and I love it! Usually during a session I can't grip the pole with my legs but this spray has helped so much! You only need to spray once or twice from about a forearm's length away from your skin for it to settle (not too close or else it won't dry properly). I would say to not put on more than a couple sprays for a session as it's a very tacky/almost sticky grip. Trust me, I put too much on my hands once and when I inverted I couldn't peel my hands off. I was stuck upside down for a good few minutes!It's a great little bottle that I think is worth the price, I've only had it for a few months and there's still plently left to use! I personally find it better than 'dew point' when you need to do moves that require you to grip for a long period of time such as pole sits and leg hangs, I stick to 'dry hands' for gripping with my hands.This spray is harder to get off your skin than other grips because it contains pine resin so I would recommend rubbing some sort of olive oil to get most of it off before washing with soap and water.Overall I would definitely say for others to buy this! You're missing out on some great quality grip!

I love this stuff, particularly good for grip issues on aerial silk but I have used it on aerial hoop too! Couldn't get hold of it for a while (probably the aerial community bought it all out!!), I know it's golf grip, but it works... :-)

I’ve recently taken up playing golf again after a 20 year break.Being leather, my grips had become dry, brittle and slippery when gripped.I didn’t want to go to the expense of having the grips changed until I’m confident of playing long term.In the meantime using Grip and Rip has improve the hand/grip connection significantly.As stated the more sprays you apply the greater the tackiness.I’ve found the product easy to remove with soap and water.Grip and Rip has done exactly what I hoped it would.Ordered via Amazon with the product being delivered next day.

A thumbs up for this, i used it for bowling, sprayed it on glove, was very impressed with the amount of extra grip, it did not leave any residues, i also used it on my bowling hand when i started to rain, it did wear off rather quickly but i just sprayed another shot on finger tips after a few more ends and i got grip back, the bottle is small enough to discretely have in my pocket and keep using

Absolutely rubbish

This is an excellent sticky spray. I play golf in the south where the summer temperature is near 100 with near 100% humidity often. If you sweat a lot and struggle to keep a confident grip this is the answer. Can't recommend it enough.I use 2-3 small sprays onto both hands, then clap a few times and I'm set for 8-9 holes without needing to reapply. I've found spraying both hands and then putting my glove on afterwards is ideal. A nice bonus with this is that you don't get a chalky or 'dry' feeling. Only word of warning is don't overdo it! Start small until you find what works for you.Just remember to shake hands with your group before applying to avoid some strange looks. Or tell them you just ate a dozen jelly donuts to throw them off their game!

The product helped me with my hands slipping a bit in the heat. I will say, it is really sticky at first, but wears off gradually. Overall this is a basic product that works well.

This product changed my whole golf game. I have so much more co foence when I know my grip will not slip when swinging hard. Definitely a game changer.

Lo uso para cuando hago aero yoga y es genial. Me permite agarrar las telas sin dañarme las manos y sin que se escurran. Lo recomiendo
