If you are interested in a true blue weight belt, this is THE one. Lifted weights at school back in the 1980's and this is the same quality. Absolutely you should order this one.

The pink is a size medium and I’m 180lbs 5ft5 and the red is xtra large and my boyfriend is 250lbs 5ft4 we lift pretty heavy and using it first time today it was really sturdy and I had no back pain comparing to my old harbinger belt. 10/10 would recommend
