Reduced LDL by 55 points!
Note: I tried this AND red yeast rice extract at the same time, but at HALF the recommended dosage of each, just to see if there would be any measurable effect. As a result, I can’t be sure how much of the results this product is responsible for. However, the combo has lowered my LDL by 30% after maybe 6 or 7 weeks, which absolutely amazed me. My LDL has been steadily. creeping up for years, and hit 187 as of my 2024 annual physical. I’ve been avoiding statins, and my doc wasn’t pushing them too hard because my HDL was always above 60. This and the red yeast rice extract at half dose seems to have had a profound effect. This week, my LDL was 132 (55 points lower), and HDL went from 67 to 73. Supposedly, red yeast rice extract can’t have more than a trace amount of the statin-like compound, but a couple of suppliers said it still has some therapeutic benefit. So who knows… My diet hasn’t changed in the last several years, mostly whole foods including lean meats, and minimal high-carb stuff like bread, pasta and rice. Otherwise, nothing fancy. Color me impressed!

no meds for me
My cholestorol got up to 302 while attempting to do high protein diet for weightloss. Doctors were threatening to put me on statins!! I went back to chicken/fish fruits + veggies and added these pills Mid May 2025. I have not been consistent taking 2 pills per meal the first 30 days (chasing a toddler). I am happy to report as of August 11, 2025 My cholesterol is 167. This stuff works!!! Triglycerides now 49 before 66, LDL now 115 before 232.

Lower Cholesterol Numbers
I can’t promise this alone accounted for my LDL and Total Cholesterol drop but it certainly didn’t seem to hurt. Also noticed no side effects. I take 2 after breakfast and that’s it. I did focus on eating less red meat, eating more beans and greens and went to lower fat content dairy as well as trying to do less dairy when eating out. So I certainly tried to limit my saturated fat intake as well and that could be the biggest change to my numbers, it wasn’t the best scientific test for these pills. Total Cholesterol went from 218 to 191 LDL went from 143 to 119 Triglycerides (which were fine anyway) went from 67 to 58

Holy cow, it worked!
I wasn't expecting much, but I didn't want to have to take meds to get my cholesterol down, so I figured I'd give it a try. (I take lots of vitamins anyway so adding one more isn't a big deal.) One month ago, my LDL was 134. My results yesterday from a second testing a month later (and having finished the bottle): 114. I can't believe it. 20 points down?! I just ordered my second bottle. I'm going to see if I can get it down even more because it's still in the middle range (which is still not great). I eat healthy and exercise, but high cholesterol is in my family. I don't mind taking 2 pills twice a day if it keeps me off of more serious meds. Try it and see if your numbers go down, too!

It works!
A friend of mine recommended it after she used it instead of statins to lower cholesterol level. As I am trying to avoid statins myself I gave it a try and after a couple of months the bloodwork had improved significantly. It is a little bit pricey but totally worth it especially if you can get it on sale like during the Amazon Prime days.

It works.
It works. Diagnosed with abnormal cholesterol levels in October 2024. Always been elevated, but no cause for concern as I have no other risk factors. This is the first time it was high enough for my doctor to say that I qualify for statins, but I will do everything I can do avoid them. Just had a blood draw this morning. New lab results compared to previous are as follows: Total Cholesterol: 266 to 234 (12% decrease) HDL: 49 to 56 (20% increase) LDL: 203 to 163 (20% decrease) Triglycerides (TG): 85 to 88 (stayed low) TG/HDL ratio: 1.73 to 1.57 (9% decrease) TC/HDL ratio: 5.4 to 4.2 (back in healthy range, (5 or less)) In short, all of my numbers and/or ratios improved significantly.

Cholesterol level lowered
My cholesterol level lowered after taking this for a few months. It says it’s all herbal so it feels alright to take every day. Think it works very well. Easy to swallow too.
