We loved the softness, the color and how easy the sheets are wash so much that we ordered another King Size set. However, the second set we ordered came wrapped in torn cellophane and without the advertised fancy box (unlike the first time we ordered it). Thinking it was perhaps an anomaly, we ordered the same sheets for a third time and like the second time - torn cellophane and no large fancy box. It was as if both had been opened and sloppily repackaged. We wrote to the manufacturer's e-mail twice over the past few weeks and never received a response. We sent back both the poorly packaged sheets and are very disappointed as the quality, the color and the feel of these sheets were exceptional. For $69 we felt that it wasn't worth supporting a company that falsely advertises their packaging and possibly sending out used/returned items to customers.

First off, the package is beautiful. I know it’s in the picture, but I wasn’t expecting that! You can totally repurpose the box.The color (I got silver grey) is perfect. No weird undertones - it’s great.But what we all really buy sheets for is how they feel. The only way I can describe them is...delicious. And I haven’t even washed them yet! You know if the thread count is TOO a high on a set of sheets, they feel stiff and are terrible. 700 is perfect.AAAAND, they shipped out super fast! I ordered on a Tuesday, got them on Sunday! I’m definitely going to buy another set in a different color from Urban Hut at some point in the not-so-distant future. Thanks for a great product!

My favorite sheets have always been Chaps Egyptian Cotton but I finally got fed up with them as the "deep pockets" were so deep my mattress would be swimming in them after a night or two. I'm so glad I found these! These sheets are really comfortable. I washed them right away and they fit fine, the bottom sheet fits snugly on my mattress, which my last sheets did not do. They're soft and comfortable. They were a little wrinkled after drying but I did not remove them from the dryer right away, and not so much that they needed to be ironed. Highly recommend! Worth every penny. I will probably order another set. I also suffer from all kinds of allergies so I can't buy just any cheap sheets as they seem to be coated with stuff I'm allergic to. I've had no problems with these ones.

My husband and I have bought two sets of these sheets and we love them. I was originally drawn to them because they had Calif. King size sheets. When we received our first set we were extremely pleased with them. They are soft, cool, and are sized great. Our second set is exactly the same as the first set. The additional bonus is that they are helping a third world country and children. Love them!

These sheets are simply amazing soft and comfortable. I purchased the sheets in white...that they are! I have washed them 4x, and they have held up very well thus far. I made the mistake of over drying them the first time, but since I have been washing and drying them as directed; have had no problems. My mattress is about 14' in depth and they fit perfectly especially after the first wash...nice and taught. One issue I have is that they tend to wrinkle quite a bit, but hey they're 100 % cotton, for "those special occasions" I may just iron them. I agree as others have mentioned in their reviews that you may want to wash them first, because there is a bit of an odor when they arrive; once they are washed that unpleasant odor is GONE! Unfortunately, I did get a little make-up on them but it came out with very little effort (hand washing the areas with mild detergent only). I have not used any bleach (white only) but you can according to the sellers FAQ's. The contribution to charity didn't hurt either. I will purchase again next time in black for those "rainy days" ladies know what I mean lol. I would recommend this product and feel the price is comparable to the product. Fast delivery via Amazon's own delivery service which insures products are treated with care in shipping. We put this sheet set into service yesterday and found that everything was well sewn and that the fitted sheet fit the mattress perfectly. We cannot say the same for others we have purchased so we wanted to point out that this product is in fact sized correctly and works as required. Obviously we cannot comment on long term durability as it's only in its first week of service, but our initial reaction is that this is a superior product to others that we have purchased in the past.

I bought these sheets to use in an airbnb rental. They are very soft after washing and ironing. Since it's a rental I do iron them. The box was really nice, but maybe not necessary. I got my first comment (after being on airbnb for 3 years) on the rental in a review that stated "linens and towels are high quality"...my very favorite review that shows these new sheets are impressive! I really am happy with the purchase.

I bought a new bed last week so I wanted to buy a new sheets and comforter to go with it. I decided on Urban Hut because of the reviews and ratings I saw. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I I am very happy with my new bed and my decision to buy my new sheets from Urban Hut made it is even better . I would definitely say, these are the most comfortably soft sheets I've ever had. I'm 61 years old so I've had a few sheets in my day. Absolutely recommend Urbant Hut myself be making further purchases.
