I don't know why the review required me to rate the flavor. They are gel caps, so neutral in taste, and quickly swallowed. I use the women's "over 50" version, which has a slightly different formula inside. My husband takes the men's "over 50" version and didn't find anything objectionable about the flavor. Never mind that! Why I ordered these for him is that I'm aware that a lot of farming in the USA is done on depleted soil, and only phosphates and that sort of thing gets added, rather than vital minerals and plant "foods" that gives good food crops the flavor and nutrition one expects. In addition to that, as a result of a certain medical treatment he had undergone his thyroid function dropped dramatically. His doctor said once that happens, it hardly ever improves. I raised one eyebrow and said, "We'll see". What most doctors ignore is that properly balanced nutrition helps the entire body to function better. Besides that, many people get their salt intake from either sodium in their food (not good), or in that tasty sea salt added to their food. Guess what? There's no iodine in sea salt! Seems peculiar, but it's true. I counterbalance that by using Morton's salt plus iodine when cooking, and only use sea salt added to already cooked or raw food when a little flavor boost is intended, but that isn't always enough, since we watch our total salt intake. Unless you add the right dietary kelp, which does contain iodine, you may need to take a really complete supplement. The easiest method is the Naturelo Whole Food multivitamin, which contains minerals, vitamins, digestive enzymes and probiotics, plus herbal extracts. Yes, it also contains that kelp I mentioned. Bottom line, my husband's thyroid quickly rebounded to full function, and he is very happy. His doctor just grunted, mostly. (Guess they hate to be proved wrong.) Each capsule contains ingredients for eye health, brain health, heart health, and so on (such as prostate health in the men's version) in appropriate amounts. About the only addition we make to this is "CherryFlex" softgels by FruitFast, which is made from tart cherries. It adds a little extra comfort and reduces inflammation in aging joints via anthocyanins. (After a car accident a couple of years ago, occasionally one knee or the other starts to ache at night.) Take two of those softgels with Tylenol or whatever over the counter pain reliever one prefers, and not only does one get much-needed sleep, but the next day the pain stays gone. I consider it a "booster" to the Naturelo product. My husband finds that the CherryFlex by itself (no OTC pain med, as he's not in any pain) seems to help him sleep on the rare nights when that becomes a problem.

Excellent product. I've had no gastrointestinal issues with taking 2x capsules twice daily. I like the fact the vitamin K is MK7 which was a major reason for purchasing this product. Most of the supplements are harmless, proven to be healthy or in low doses so no harm will come if you have issues with them. Other ingredients, like beet root, CoQ10, ginger, etc,. are proven healthy supplements. Since most of these supplements are organic, it's a BIG plus! My only concern is the addition of Resveratrol for some individuals. Once thought to be a miracle supplement, very recent research (2021-22), from multiple sources has shown Resveratrol does not likely have any big effect on longevity or health. In fact, it can send some cancer cells into over-drive. This is supported by reports on the National Library of Medicine website. You can easily search this out on the Internet. Fortunately, Resveratrol is not water-soluble, so oral bioavailability is low (1%) unless you take it with oil (olive oil for example). Therefore, I'm not concerned about it being included in this product. Tumeric also requires another bioabsorption process. In this case it's piperine. Again, with no piperine, very little tumeric will be absorbed into the body, although tumeric is not harmful and does likley have some health benefits. This is without a doubt the best Vitimin, Mineral, Supplement product on the market.

This is a great multivitamin for men over 50.

I like the balance of ingredients and that it includes natural sources but I don't have to take a ridiculous number of capsules and the price is very reasonable. Are there better vitamins? Yes, but the price and number of pills daily exceed my comfort zone. These are much better than the majority of vitamins and don't cost a fortune. Just right for me.

Fast delivery, easy digestion/to absorb

This is a great way to get the vitamins and minerals that you can’t always get from food. Remember this is a supplement to healthy eating not a substitute. This is the best multi vitamin I have used. The amounts of each item work well for me. Highly recommend this vitamin for men over 50. I am 66 and have been taking these for years. Highly recommend.

*** After taking 1 a day (recommended amount is 4 capsules a day) for 6 months, my husband's vitamin D was within normal ranges although still on the lower end, but his potassium level was flagged as high. This is the only thing he has changed. I'm glad he was not taking the full 4 capsules a day, as that could have put a lot of strain on his heart and other organs. I wanted to love these vitamins, but blood work results have made us rethink him taking a multivitamin at all. If he does continue a multi it will be one without potassium). *** So many multi-vitamins have excessive levels of B vitamins, which didn't appeal to me. My husband works hard in a high stress environment and doesn't always eat right so it was important to me to find him a vitamin that not only supplied the daily recommended amount of basic vitamins but also supported his heart, brain and gut. These vitamins fit the bill, and since the daily recommended dosage is 4 pills, he could start off slowly by taking 1 a day, or even 2 a day and not upset his stomach. I love that they have Turmeric (thought to support joint health), Ashwagandha (thought to help with stress and anxiety), Boron (thought to help free up testosterone and increase absorption of Vitamin D, which he was low on), Folate instead of Folic Acid, a great blend of gut enzymes and probiotics as well as a very manageable amount of B vitamins. He hasn't experienced any side effects and I can tell he has more energy since he began taking these. He will have his labs done again in a few months and I can't wait to see how these vitamins have helped.

I did a ton a research after I discovered the brand I was taking was full of synthetics and found these and so far so good as for price how do you put that on your health , very happy so far

I have used these for ages and they seem to help. However, the packaging the bottles were sent in was poor and one fell out and the delivery man who was very help full had to search for the missing bottle. Otherwise, these vitamins are good. SUPPLIER make sure you seal the cardboard packaging properly please.

The posted photos showing all the ingredients in order. I thing thats the US version and the Canadian version is very different, not in order. But inthe canada version i checked each ingredients its actually same dosage as the original one posted. You are still getting a great product is just the different version is what i dont understand canada. Why make it difficult to use the same one as the US version?

This advert is misleading it implies you can get 240 tablet packets for 50 plus men but what is delivered 240 tablets for men. I’m cancelling my subscription.

This is the only brand I have got my multivitamin from consistently. I’d say more than 30 bottles so far. I often alternate btw 50+ and normal one. The reason being I get 50+ one is that, it makes me sleep better when I pop two before bed. So why you say I’m giving it two stars? This last bottle I got didn’t have such effect on my sleep. When I checked the label, I realized it’s changed. No ingredient on the label is organic unlike before. Paying £45 for non organic multivitamin while being advertised as organic?!
