Great product, still leaves something to be desired
First I'd like to say that this is a wonderful skin care cream. I'm not super familiar with every tattoo after care product out there but I've had plenty of experience with skin care products in general including Khiels, Lush, Jack Black, Art of Shaving, Shiseido, Dermalogica, La Mer etc. I would say this ranks up there with them in quality. However, a tattoo does require specific care that this cream addresses.First I was using Aveeno as my tattoo artist prescribed. However after a few days of over application I developed a bad rash, a consequence of the skin not breathing properly. Not really Aveeno's fault but I wanted something more sheer. H2Ocean Ocean Care was definitely more sheer and less irritating, absorbed well and felt good. However it dried up rather quickly and needed to be reapplied more often. Ink Butter feels great, absorbs well, breathes properly, but it also leaves a nice slick film in the tattoo, a tad greasy but not tacky, it doesn't stick to anything, it just feels moisturized.Where I find it lacking is in it's volume, especially for price. It is a nice product, but as the image I provided illustrates it is TINY compared to what you get from other brands for less money. It wouldn't really be an issue if I got a bumblebee tat on my wrist or something; but I just got a huge shoulder, half sleeve, chest plate tattoo that requires a lot of lotion. I would gladly pay more if it were in a larger size, and quite frankly should be offered in one.As I understand it Ink Butter is a relatively new company so some of that can be forgiven, but I would like to see more information about the product itself on their website. It would be nice to know how the product is made, how and why it was conceived, where the ingredients are sourced from etc. Currently the brand hasn't particularly given us a better reason for choosing their product (A blog doesn't count, sorry)In summation, I'll probably buy a couple more bottles, I like the stuff. But Ink Butter, make a bigger size and get the lead out on promotion, buyers want confirmation why your product is the best choice. Thank you

best ink aftercare
Just got my first ink,a very intricate armband design,so long healing time. This stuff is great, although, the bottles are quite small. So if you got a big new piece, you're going to need at least two. The only thing keeping me from rating 5 star is the bottle size. All in all, very highly recommend!

It's okay
Purchased this for my new tattoo. The bottle is small. I don't care for the smell of this product.

Decent Stuff!
It's really a good tattoo lotion! I normally use coconut oil in my tattoos, but I keep this as back up in my purse since coconut oil is not really portable. HahaI definitely recommend Ink Butter. :)

Amazing product!!!
My tattoo healed so nicely & quick. My ink didn't drain out like it had in the past with other products. It lasts only as long as the tattoo heals it's a small bottle but compared to the work you got done, it's worth spending another $15-$20.
