Simple, Solid, Wears Well and Looks Great
Can't say enough positive things about this product! We bought the toilet paper holder and were so happy with it we also purchased matching towel racks.The key is that each piece is one solid unit. There is no adjusting and no joint that can come loose or squeak when you pull on the tp. We like this product way better than the products we purchased at a high end retail chain and for which we paid more than three times the cost of the Symmons product.We are tempted to replace the high end hardware we bought, which has a joint the side that attaches to the wall and droops- so the tp is never hanging level.

Easy to use dispenser
Very nice sturdy paper holder. So very easy to change the rolls. Only suggestion would be to make the flared end a little larger to lesson the chances of the paper slipping off the holder.

Thick brass amply coated in chrome
Quality product that took a few mins to install. No springs or cheap metal parts to deal with. Decent price. Can’t go wrong. Recommended

Good quality, easy to install.

Too small for TP
This TP holder looks nice however it doesn’t fit a double roll or larger sized paper roll (which most rolls are these days). It’s a bummer because I already installed two of them before I realized they were too small to do the one thing they are supposed to do.

Shaky on wall; needs to be replaced.
