I like the idea that I can use beautiful flowers and eat them, too. There are so many great ways to use the different blossoms. I didn't know much about cooking with flowers before, and was happy to see that calendula has so many uses. I'll be planting a bunch of this, as well as lilacs. I'm so glad I can use my Hibuscus blooms now instead of watching them wither and drop to the ground.

This book is simply inspiring and the recipes are amazing. I've bought this twice once for myself and one for my daughter.

Started cooking with flowers several years ago. People are always are amazed. This is a well done cookbook for this unique style of food.Recipes are clear and lots of photos.

This book is quite expensive. It has interesting recipes which look beautiful. I'm yet to find out if any of it tastes good or not.
