Works Great, Saves my lower back
Fits comfortably, easy to get on and off and my lower back feels 10xs better after I lift when I use this belt. I literally wear this belt any time I weight train now regardless of what body part I'm working.Most importantly, its not bulky. You could wear this under your shirt and no one would know your wearing a belt.

Runs small
Measured at my belly button and purchased accordingly, no overlap in the belt at all. Fit, but not well. Other than the fit issues, no complaints about quality. My advice: As long as you wont be at the top of the size range (I was) you should be fine.

Best weightlifting belt I’ve ever used!!!
The belt is much more comfortable than previous belts that I’ve worn. I’ve been able to make gains on my squats and deadlifts with this belt. Great product and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a good weightlifting belt.

Great piece of kit
I was looking to retire my old belt after many years of abuse, and a couple of friends who are into body building recommended the Strongcore belt. Now I'm only an amateur, but from the get go, this belt just feels right. It provided plenty of support, it's light and well made. It isn't flashy and packs well into my gym bag. Two thumbs up from this happy lifter..

Supportive and comfortable fit
I struggle with a flared rib but have been wanting to go up in weight w squats without affecting my form, and this helped completely. My form stays in place and i was able to max out on squats 25 pounds heavier than my “typical” heavy! Fits great and isn’t bothersome to wear throughout a workout.

This is a good weightlifting belt as it stays in place where you strap it and does not move up and down or around.
