Just opened the box and all packages are there. Tried one out tonight for my dinner insulin and needle was sharp and didn't provide any more of less discomfort than my BD needles, although it looks to be a bit thicker of a needle that my original BD syringes, but did not notice anymore discomfort. If all needles are intact and none missing the needle itself or are dull, then I'll buy these as they are about $15.00 less than the BD name brand at my pharmacy WITH insurance.
