Great product
Works great. Replaced one I had for 4 years that I broke by running over with my truck. This is easy to maneuver and puts out a great pressure spray to clean under cars and remove dirt and salt.

CASTER WHEELS OFF ANGLE
This unit is well built and works well. The problem is when it is under the vehicle with a rigid connection from the wand handle the caster wheels are at an angle and hang up and it is hard to move the unit in the direction you want it to go. There needs to be a swivel connection at the point where it connects to the rigid tube from the wand.

Back saver
This is a well built spray head that is angled just so to allow pressure washer cleaning of the undercarriage of one’s vehicle. Works like a charm.

It works great for 2 days then unbelievable quality issues happen
Through trial and error got it to work but it only works for 2 days and then stops working. That being said i used a dremel and ground on the inside of the tip to finish the other two nozzles that where not completely drilled. the tip now works that i consider @40% of perfect which going to be fine. Might want to check your supplier for Quality Control.

Hard to control
Sprayer bars appear to work be okay. I have a 2600 PSI washer. Item is hard to control because of the swivel wheels. Wants to go and wander where it wants to go and not where I want it to go. I plan on welding the swivel wheels to make item easier to use.

Serves a purpose, BUT...
I am not disappointed in this product. But, not particularly enthused either. It does direct water up, and it does fit properly in standard pressure washer fittings. It also seems to be made well. I do have some negative observations. First noticed was the pressure & stream coming from the nozzles. It atomizes to a pretty fine mist quickly. This does cause it to completely soak the underside of the vehicle, but I'm not sure how much gunk/grime or caked on mud that it would remove. The pressure seems to diminish greatly about 6-8 inches after leaving the nozzles. Second thing noticed was that the wheels aren't going to work like you're expecting. The wheels are on swivels. But because of the pressure, they get pushed down on. This causes them to only be useful going in straight lines. You can't move the sprayer head side to side, unless you release the trigger in order to stop the pressure that has the wheels stuck in straight position. I plan on keeping the sprayer head. I believe with the application of a good soap/degreaser, it will clean a little better than trying to angle the pressure washer gun under the vehicle. My pressure washer is a gas powered, 3000 psi, 2.7 gpm, Ryobi w/Subaru engine.
