impossible toy
This toy left much to be desired. I am 28 and found pieces of this toy to hard to take apart and put back together. The batman figure with changeable outfits is just impossible (had to use plyers to change the head). I have super glued portions of this toy so it can be handeled. This toy says 4 and up, personally I think it should be more like 10 and up with high levels of patience.

Cool... but Collapsing
This is a really neat toy. The design of the batwing is great, and the instructions are fine, but the construction of the pieces leaves something to be desired. The pieces aren't as easy to fit together as Lego products, and they tend to pop apart pretty easily too.The escape pod is very cool though, as is the batman figure. If you (or your kids) can tolerate a certain amount of frustration over the construction of this toy, you will enjoy it.

Great Buy!
My 7 year old son absolutely ADORES this toy. He loves it more because he "built" it. Plus he used his own lego pieces to modify it to make it his own special creation. The only downfall is that it was a bit delicate at first because it's all made of lego-like pieces, so we had to super-glue the main parts, but he left the rest unglued so he could change it around, he also loved that the guns really shoot.
